Inn On Rupurara celebrated its 10th anniversary in September 2007. Since it opened, the Inn has won a number of awards, including the prestigious Best Country Resort Award from the Association of Zimbabwean Travel Agents. This hotel enjoys an unparalleled setting, with amazing views of the impressive granite hulk that is Mount Rupurara. The rooms are individual chalets and are reasonably spacious. The architecture is attractive, fitting in well to the environment. It is surrounded by indigenous forest and woodland, not much of which is left, thus walking oppurtunities are great. The food is of a very high standard, and served in a wonderfully atmospheric restaurant. Amenities include two lounges, Trevor's Wine Bar, a sauna and splash pool and a conference room for up to 18 people. A flipchart is available. The Inn has an excellent reputation for its fine cuisine and a braai facility is also available.

The Inn has 17 lodges, with a capacity of 36 guests. Six of these - the Waterfront suites - overlook a superb water feature nestling in the valley. The Valley View suites provide guests with spectacular views of the local mountains and valleys.

The area is noted for its leisure and sporting amenities and facilities, including golf at the Claremont course, horse riding on Rupurara Estate, scenic walks, trout fishing, game viewing and birding, and the Inn is within easy reach of local visitor attractions, including two golf courses and a casino.Some activities will require that you have your own 4 X 4 vehicle. The activity menu will be set daily by management.
Horse Riding
We have stables and can cater for both complete novices wanting an hour or two’s ride, or experienced riders wanting a half or full days’ ride, which can include a picnic lunch.
World’s View
You can also visit the best -known viewpoints the World’s View and from here, your eyes moves naturally to the horizon-wide vistas of mountain, green forest, and plains, and the clear air encourages even the least energetic visitor to stroll along winding footpaths and through fragrant pinewoods.
Ancient Ruins
Visit some ancient ruins, a site museum, 11 km north of Nyanga. Wind up the day with a visit to the Nyangwe Fort, its grey stone enlivened by bright aloes, is one of Nyanga's many ancient fortified sites where Man lived long ago.
Nyangwe (Mare) Dam
In Nyanga National Park, visit the Nyangwe (Mare) Dam, and view the Zimbabwe's highest mountain, Mt Nyangani (2592m ).
