Set off at a lumbering pace on ancient game trails in a lush, private estate, seeing the wilderness through an elephant’s eyes. Guests are encouraged to interact with the elephants as much as possible, and enjoy a bush picnic while their elephants roam freely, feed and visit various waterholes.
SUNSET CRUISE (EX VICTORIA FALLS)
The graceful Ra-Ikane riverboat is the perfect setting for cocktails while the sun slips below the horizon. Named in honour of the guide who led David Livingstone to the falls, the boat features fine teak panels, brass fittings, club chairs and a fully stocked bar (drinks included).
Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe is the capital of the adrenalin junkies. There are light aircraft flips across the Falls, white river rafting and kayaking on the Zambezi River, bungi jumping from the Victoria Falls bridge (for the brave ones), an elephant ride, or a swim in the ‘Devil’s Pool’ (a small rock pool right on the ‘lip’ of the Victoria Falls).
